  • I cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Tree branches, brick walls, hot environments such as cars or direct sunlight, nails and children are some examples of things that can pop your balloons.

    Once delivered, Tailored Events is not responsible for any balloons that are popped, lost, poked, let go of, or stolen.

  • Balloons aren’t made to withstand extreme weather conditions.

    I recommend keeping balloons out of direct sunlight, cold weather and wind.

    The lighter the color the more longevity they will have outside.

  • Yes! I use all biodegradable balloons.

    Fun Fact: they decompose at the same time as an oak leaf would.

  • Once delivery and setup is completed it is your responsibility to take down the installation.

    If you are interested in our tear down services this can be arranged at an additional charge.

  • It is preferred that you book 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure everything will be here in time. Shipping on items is a huge factor in this business-if setup is needed 2 weeks or less in time, additional fees may be applied to ensure we get the right materials for you.

  • I can! The technique used is called double stuffing- this means one balloon inside of another balloon to make the perfect color for you. Since this uses additional inventory, the price will vary.

  • All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable.

    By paying the deposit you agree to the above terms regardless of signed contract or direct communication
